Atomo V2.0 is the natural evolution of the previous version. We have worked on Customers feed-back regarding safety, portability and look.
Atomo V2.0 will be equipped with a stainless steel lock ring (available in polished or brushed finish) to prevent unwanted activation and improve portability. The fire switch will be made exclusively in polished stainless steel, on which the laser engraved logo will be enhanced and long lasting; the fire switch diameter will be slightly reduced while the fire switch housing walls on the bottom cap will be slightly increased in order to prevent ovalization due to accidental falling. The new bottom cap will be available both in stainless steel and in marine grade brass, in polished or brushed finish, for a total of 4 different styles.
The new Atomo V2.0 basic kit will include: 18350 stainless steel tube (polished or brushed finish) with laser engraved logo and serial number, 18500 stainless steel tube (polished or brushed finish) with laser engraved logo, top cap either in marine grade brass (polished or brushed finish) or stainless steel (polished or brushed finish) with 510 connection, delrin insulator and fine regulation pins in marine grade brass, bottom cap housing either in marine grade brass (polished or brushed finish) or stainless steel (polished or brushed finish), stainless steel lock ring (polished or brushed finish), delrin insulator, marine grade brass fine regulation contact pin and stainless steel polished fire switch with laser engraved logo.
Spare top & bottom caps set, stainless steel extension sleeve (polished or brushed finish), full bottom cap with lock ring assembly (retro-fitted for Atomo V1.1) will be available as add-ons accessories.
Delrin insulators, marine grade brass pins and neodymium magnets will be offered as spare parts.
We strongly recommend to use only button top IMR batteries, such as AW IMR 18350/18490/18650 or Efest V2 IMR 18350/18500/18650.
