There are teeny tiny mods, and then, there is the PIPSQueeK by Chumpmodz. This is a LiPo DNA40 mod with 1500mAH (in total between two batteries). Modder is [Links nur für Registrierte]. Holy shit this thing is tiny and WELL BUILT!!! Battery lasts almost all day and it feels excellent in hand. Take a look - lots of pics to compare with other mods (it's even smaller than the Stratum)!! Pics include internals as well.
